Most people don’t realise that they are sensitive to certain foods, they cut out fat thinking that’s causing the problem and wonder why they still aren’t able to loose weight.

Wheat and dairy based products are usually the main culprits especially bread as it has wheat, yeast and sugar.

As an alternative why not try cutting out bread and buying seeded wraps, even unseeded would be better than bread.

Why not give it a try? I suggest giving it at least a month to see if this small change has any effect.
