cellI take a lot of Essential Fatty acids like omega 3 & 6 in Flaxseed oil and DHA and EPA in fish oils. This promotes good cell health as they need it to keep a strong, healthy membrane.

I also have magnesium foot baths as the magnesium is absorbed through the skin. This helps the cell produce their energy and helps absorption of other vitamins and minerals.

I will start using Kefir, to help clear candida, this is like yoghurt and has very beneficial good gut bacteria which is missing in most people due to taking antibiotics during their lives.

We need to have healthy cells for everything to work (in harmony)!
